This is an advanced-level contemporary technique and repertory class that balances functional fitness with the exploration of movement as a form of storytelling. Maxwell combines her expertise as a personal trainer with her creative instincts as the Choreographer and Artistic Director of Hivewild to create a highly athletic and intellectually stimulating class environment, described as “an invitation to connect with the body while sourcing tools from both intuition and education”.
